Sam is the Regional Officer for International Student Recruitment for UCLan Cyprus. Based in the UK, Sam has a background in travel and tourism, having spent the best part of 10 years working on luxury cruise ships as a destination specialist. Sam has travelled to and visited over 100 countries around the world and has a passion for travel and destinations, but don’t ask him what his favourite place is as he loves them all. Prior to his professional career, Sam studied for a MA in Crusader Studies at Royal Holloway, University of London, and a BA (Hons) History at the same university. His passion for travel and culture makes his job representing the UCLan Cyprus the ideal role. Sam is married to Grace and has a newborn daughter called Saylor and lives in northwest England along with their Sphynx cat Momo.
